I'm not back in the habit of blogging about my swim workouts yet. I'm loving being back in the pool, feels SO good to be in the water again. My suits are about to fall apart so I bought a new one last night in the bargain bin, but accidentally grabbed a 28, the size I wore for meets in college. Ha! It's so tight I could barely move this morning. I need to stretch it out...chlorine work your magic.

Let me just add that American lap swimmers know lap lane etiquette! Thank GOD! And I haven't yet had to circle swim during free lap swim. Thank GOD! Buying a pass to the pool was a great investment!

Here is to a winter (December) of swimming and snowboarding!

1500yds

Back in the pool, after how long? Much, much too long. That's not entirely true, I swam twice this summer in the Wilson HS pool, but considering its November now swimming outside is not an option. Lucky for me, there is a pool across the street from my house. I have no excuses and can't be lazy about swimming anymore. Today's slow but exhilarating workout:

It feels SO great to be back in the pool. I have been running almost everyday and I hate it. But swimming is so relaxing and meditative, it was a joy to be back in the water moving again. Tomorrow lap swim from 7-8am?
