Here is a short video clip from my 25m Butterfly race today! I need to work on keeping my feet in the water! And breathing less. I should have only taken 1 breath in a 25.

Was that you in the lane closest to the camera? You looked great! Long and strong!
I'm not sure if you should worry about the feet coming out. It probably helps to drive your head and arms forward and down, which isn't a bad thing. It helps you get the dolphining motion going.

I'll play around with my fly a little. Need to work on a revised breathing technique...it's throwing my stroke off.
I just watched the video again, this time with the sound on. "Take your marks" in Japanese sounds like "YO!" on the video. Hehe.
BTW, Damien (Wanderer blog) and I were wondering: What kind of cake are you holding in your profile photo?
that's exactly right....they do say "yo" instead of "take your mark." No idea if it has meaning or not!
