Ha ha ha! It was my first official "masters" practice. I paid up and I finally swam in the same lane with them. But being the day after the meet, it was a "free practice." Fine by me! So we just swam 50's if we felt like it. I'm glad I went to stretch out. But I do hope we have real practices and real sets most of the time!

"A shit load of 50's" is one of my favourite sets!
